Job Description / Responsibility
For HR Executive (1)
- Responsible for day to day operation and overall management of the Human Resources Department
- Develop the profiles and JDs for each role in the organization in co-ordination with concerned departments
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed
- Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization
- Facilitation and co-ordination of the performance review and employee development programs
For Marketing Executive (2)
- Implement sales and marketing strategy aligned with the organizational goal
- Develop a situation analysis of the company including its SWOT analysis to assist in the development of a strategic Sales plan for the future of the business.
- Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
- Manage and track business opportunity in pipelines, forecasts.
- Communicating with Clients and Partners.
- Preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the project activities till UAT.
- Performed software presentation & demonstration.
- Assist coordination to organize related event, campaign, workshop & Seminars to the prospective business
- Collaborating with project manager, customer and thus ensuring project progress.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.
- Implementing a quick response, method which increasing customer’s satisfaction
- Fill up the sales target with the reporting of Sales progress and comparison with the given target.
- Marketing experience in ERP/Software solution will be counted as extra points.
- Have good command in Bengali & English (Good literature and speaking skills).
- Full Time
- BSc or MSc from Computer Science or equivalent background
- BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing/MIS) will be preferred.
- BBA/MBA (Major in HR) will be preferred.
